A: ezMobileHomeSale.com went online during the Summer of 2007. Listing and buyer traffic is increasing every month and I'm reinvesting listing fees back into building visitor traffic.

Q: How do I list my property on ezMobileHomeSale.com?
A: The process is very simple and only takes a few minutes.
- Read our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
- Register if you are not already an ezMobileHomeSale.com member. Being a member is completely free. If you are a member, LOGIN to your account.
- Once you are logged in, click on "New Ad". From there, you complete a simple form.

A: Of course you can. ezMobileHomeSale.com is optimized for Manufactured homes, but you can still list any type of real estate property.

Q: How do I update or remove my ad?
A: You have 24 hour/7 day a week access to update your ad. Simply log into My Account and click on My Listings.

Q: What if I forget my login or password?
A: Your Login ID is your email address. If you forget your password, go to My Account and enter your email address under Forgot Password.
If you do not remember the email address you used, you can contact us by using the Contact Us form. If you need to change your email address, we can change if for you.

Q: My property is listed with a Realtor. Can I also list it here?
A: Of course you can. You can even use your Realtors contact information and the link your Realtor uses for your property listing.

Q: What if I don't have photos for my property listing?
A: You are not required to have photos for your property listing.
You can add photos for your listing at anytime by logging into My Account and Clicking on My Listings.

Q: What format do my photos need to be in?
A: We recommend .jpg or .gif format. The photos will be optimized for the webpage automatically.

Q: How will I be contacted if someone is interested in my property?
A: In the Contact section of your ad, there is a link for a potential buyer to contact you.
Your email address is hidden so that it cannot be retrieved by anyone interested in sending you junk/spam emails. You can make your phone number available for visitors to contact you directly.

Q: When I pay for an ad and that property sells, can I replace that property with another one without paying again?
A: No. A property listing is only for one property. When it is sold, you go to Modify Listing and either mark your property as Sold or cancel/delete your listing.

Q: How do I fill out the Listing Form?
A: Choose the Category you want your listing to be in. Although this site is optimized for Manufactured Homes in Mobile Home Parks on a Rented lot, any Real Estate can be listed on this site.
Ultimately, any exposure for your property can be beneficial and ezMobileHomeSale.com is a very economical way to do that.
- Location - Please be as specific as possible about where the home is located. For example: If you live in Michigan and the home you're listing is in Ocala, Florida, then you would say Ocala (or wherever).
The Buyers will use a Reply to Listing form, to inquire about the property you have for sale, or call you directly if you provide your phone number.
- Sold - Check this box when your home sells.
- MLS - Use this if your home has a Multiple Listing Service number.
