Construction: Modular design, boxes can be attached to each other and sealed securely or stand alone, walls can be placed wherever needed, pier and beam foundation, insulated steel metal flooring topped with treated plywood, exterior drains/roof/ceiling attached and included in the frame, walls are tongue and groove steel construction with internal compressed foam insulation that does not absorb water, plastic PVC piping for plumbing. FEMA approved, rated to withstand hurricane winds up to 200mph in basic configuration.
