I’ve put together this step by step list to help you get started as easily as possible.

#1. Register by clicking on “List You Mobile Home for Sale”.
#2. Enter an e-mail address you can access to confirm your registration. We use the Verification Code and Verification E-mail to ensure quality and reduce spam.
#3. After filling in a valid e-mail address and entering the Verification Code, Submit your request.
#4. Check your e-mail and click on the link provided. If you can’t find the e-mail, check your spam filter or if you are using a spam filtering service - whitelist e-mails from “ezmobilehomesale.com”.
#5. Complete your registration on a form that looks like this.
#6. After you click “Submit” you’ll be taken to your Account Page. This is the one you’ll see every time you sign in to add, modify or delete a listing. You would also come here to make a listing payment or design a Sign or Flyer for your listing.
#7. On your account page you can View Listings, Add Listings, Check Your Profile, Make a Payment, Check Favorites, Saved Searches, Create Signs and Flyers or Log out.
#8. When you add a listing, be sure to add your City and State in the Title in addition to the address block on the form.
The search engines, Goggle, Yahoo, etc. visit my site everyday and buyers searching for a mobile home in Houston Texas (for example), will be more likely to find your ad.
You could also add: Renovated, Cheap, Immaculate, etc., or something like that in the title. You want to attract buyers attention and what you write will show up on this site and on the search engines.
#9. Take lots of pictures and if possible, take a video of your property. The video doesn’t need to be professional quality and you can even use photos put together to make a short video. I didn’t have any videos for some of my listings, so I used Windows Movie Maker. You may already have it on your computer and you can download or update your version for free from Microsoft.
Put this on as many sites as you can find, for example: Google Video, MetaCafe, MySpace, AOL, Yahoo!, Revver and YouTube. These sites give you the option of adding a URL. Use your video site URL to link to your listing on www.ezMobileHomeSale.com.
Use your listing URL at www.ezMobileHomeSale.com to sent visitors to your video site.
I hope that makes sense.
If you have multiple listings, I recommend using a video upload service, 2 I recommend are Tube Mogul and Traffic Geyser. Their services will load your video to multiple sites saving you time and money in the long run.
